Our uniquely developed special abrasive grains combined with
rubber deliver the exceptional grinding performance
that is characteristic of Daiwa Rabin.
The ultimate rubber grinding stone that performs “grinding and polishing” across a wide range of materials,
from general steel to aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel alloys.
- It can remove end mill machining marks directly engraved on forging dies, as well as cutting marks on FCD600-class cast iron, stainless steel (SUS), and heat-resistant alloys.
- It is effective even on ultra-high hardness materials (up to HRC62), including those with heat treatment, carburizing, or nitriding.
- Thanks to its unique elasticity, it does not strike the workpiece, eliminates chatter and vibration, fits well, is easy to use, and reduces operator fatigue.
- With its sharp grinding ability and rubber elasticity, it removes stubborn aluminum deposits and mold release agents from aluminum die-casting molds without scratching the mold surface, roughening the surface, or over-grinding, enabling safe and reliable maintenance work.
- It is ideal for surface polishing of aluminum die-cast products (removing wrinkles from casting skin, sink marks, pinhole repairs, and parting lines), eliminating cutting marks from aluminum and other soft metals, and removing machining marks from mass-produced aluminum parts, all without clogging, thereby improving mass production efficiency.
- For products requiring plating, the material composition can be finely adjusted to prevent surface scratches, allowing you to achieve the optimal surface condition for plating.

Applications
