Diamond Rabin is a rubber grinding stone molded with the optimal combination of Daiwa Rabin's excellent rubber elasticity and diamond abrasive grains.

It can be used for a wide range of applications, including ceramics, silicon wafers, hard metals, cermets, carbide tools, stainless steel, various difficult-to-cut materials, and quartz glass.

Custom-made products can also be manufactured according to various work requirements.

No special measures are required for the enormous heat generated during high-speed grinding and cutting.
It significantly reduces residual stress and thermal damage, preventing microcracks.
It does not require a large amount of grinding fluid and can be used in both dry and wet conditions.
No dedicated dresser is required for truing or dressing.
Long dressing intervals allow for cost reduction in tool management.
