UN Type (For deburring work + α)

The rubber is hardened for burr removal
to reduce the biting of burrs and edges into the rubber.

Compared to the CM type, stronger rubber is used, preventing deformation during chamfering, sharp burr removal,
and deburring of hard materials. It is also effective for surface treatment of rough cut surfaces.

For shaped parts, the design suppresses rubber deformation, allowing the grindstone to maintain its shape and enabling continuous processing without damaging the workpiece geometry.
For fine burrs on functional areas of precision parts, we offer products capable of performing both deburring and lapping simultaneously.
Thanks to the excellent durability of Daiwa Rabin and its design that resists burr damage, it is also widely used for deburring in machining centers and CNC lathes.

Features

By adopting a high-hardness rubber compound with suppressed elasticity, it does not deform even in deburring of hard materials and is effective for surface treatment of rough cut surfaces.
