The Daiwa Rabin Offset series uses high-performance Daiwa Rabin rubber between the grinding wheel and the base, providing higher vibration absorption compared to conventional paper flap or flexible wheels, and reducing dust, debris, and noise in the workplace.
It also demonstrates the unique performance of rubber wheels, preventing stress and heat marks from long-term use, making it suitable for a variety of materials including metals, aluminum, stainless steel, and glass.
Ideal for deburring and removing burrs during sheet metal processing, welding bead removal, polishing, scratch removal, and grinding/polishing of stainless steel and aluminum products.

- Lightweight dedicated grinder reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency.

- Also effective for edge deburring of punched or laser-cut surfaces.
- When operated at low speed for heat control, it can also be used for edge finishing of flat glass.
